ORDER GUIDELINES
Patagonia: The minimum order quantity per style is 4 units per color, which can be split across sizes and men's/women's companion items. Any order not meeting this minimum may be rejected or require modification. Your total order must have a minimum quantity of 10 units. If you would like to order retail style items outside of the Corporate Sales catalog, there is a 10-unit minimum per size/color. Please fill out the Custom Request form for non-Corporate styles.
Yeti: The minimum order is 48 per style/color and must be ordered in increments of 6. If you’re interested in ordering items outside of our Yeti offerings, please fill out the Custom Request form.
The inventory displayed on this site is updated daily and reflects the immediately available stock from Patagonia’s Corporate line. To view future inventory, click on the number displayed for each size. Inventory is subject to change at any time, and placing your order online does not guarantee inventory.
Orders for product backordered within 45 days will be accepted, however your entire order will not ship until all items are available. The ship date shown on your order reflects the furthest-out availability date, plus production time. We will not send split shipments based on item availability date unless separate orders are placed, each meeting minimum order requirements and qualifying for their appropriate discount levels.
We access a separate inventory from retail websites, so availability on patagonia.com or yeti.com does not guarantee inventory for your PK Health Gear order.
Patagonia: Orders typically take 4-6 weeks from order placement to receipt of merchandise. Lead times may be longer during peak seasons (fall & winter). If you need your order for a certain date, please contact the PK Health Gear team. Rush charges may apply.
Yeti: Orders typically take 3-4 weeks before shipping out to you.

Yeti: We are unable to provide samples of Yeti items. To experience a Yeti product before purchasing with your logo, please visit yeti.com or a local Yeti dealer.

Your first logo and shipping are free on all orders! For embroidered logos, this covers up to 10,000 stitches. For printed items, up to two colors are included. Logos beyond these parameters will be subject to additional charges.
A second logo on your order is subject to a $75 setup fee and $5 per item run charge.
Any logo beyond 10,000 stitches is subject to an additional logo cost.
10,000 to 13,999 stitches - $3.00
14,000 to 17,999 stitches - $6.00
18,000 to 21,999 stitches - $10.00
22,000+ stitches - $15.00+

We accept all major credit cards, which must be entered during checkout. Please be sure to enter the correct billing address associated with your credit card during checkout.
Your credit card will be authorized at checkout and you will see a pending charge on your bank statement. A sales representative will review the order details once received. Your card will then be charged in 5-7 days after submitted unless confirmed as finalized or otherwise cancelled prior to then.
We also accept Purchase Orders from select organizations with established credit terms. Please contact us for more information.
You must have written permission to sell any Patagonia or Yeti gear, decorated or undecorated, directly to consumers. No merchandise may be sold in hospital gift shops, bookstores, etc.
We charge sales tax in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, GA, DC, IL, IN, IA, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NE, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI. The exact sales tax rate for your order will be based on the ship-to zip code. If your organization is exempt from paying sales tax, we will require the name and email address of an accounting contact at your organization in order to perform exemption verification, you may email this information to health@parsonskellogg.com. Sales tax will be displayed on this website regardless of exemption status; we will remove this on qualifying orders after the order is submitted.
Your logo can be added to your order right from our website. Upload your logo under My Account > Manage Logo. Then, when adding items to your cart, you will select the logo and logo location. Logos must be formatted as JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, or BMP files to use this feature.
If you do not want to add your logo online, or are unable to upload the file, please email the logo to health@parsonskellogg.com and reference your order number.
Logo embroidery is priced at $5 per piece, for up to 10,000 stitches. Torrentshell Jackets require an additional $5 Seam Seal fee. Logos beyond 10,000 stitches will have a price increase as shown in the Pricing tab.
All customers will receive an email containing a photo proof of their logo, free of charge. With adding logos you will only be allowed to have 1 design for every Light Jacket (Greys for example) and only 1 design for every Dark Jacket (Black and Navy for example).
A second logo can be added to your items if desired. When applying logos to your garments, please select “Add Another Logo.”
Multiple logo orders are only accepted if each logo is on every single item. Either/or logo scenarios are asked to be placed as separate orders.
All items on your order must have the same logos applied in the same locations.
If you'd like to order items with different logos (i.e. one logo on 10 pieces, and a different logo on 20 pieces), this is acceptable as long as each logo variation is decorated at least 10 times with 1 logo per order.
If you have 3 logos for example that means (3) 10+ piece orders and we would adjust the group discount costs.
A $75.00 setup fee is applied for additional logos within the 10+ piece orders and the discount tiers are adjusted amongst the groups.
We can add name personalization’s to one location, for an additional $10 per piece, and an additional $5 for a second line of text.

All items ordered must be decorated. We cannot sell blank products. All logos intended for placement on Patagonia items are subject to approval by Patagonia. All orders, including sample orders, must be submitted with a PDF logo for approval.
If you’d like to use another decorator to embroider your items, we can ship product directly to them. Please be sure to include the decorator’s information as the shipping address section at checkout. If you are not decorating your item with ParsonsKellogg, please alert the decorator you choose that they will be receiving a shipment.
If you are purchasing waterproof items, such as the Torrentshell Jacket, we require you to use a ParsonsKellogg-approved decorator.
Yeti items must be purchased decorated through ParsonsKellogg.
All Yeti Products are Laser Engraved for decoration. Yeti DOES NOT pad print.
All YETI logo engraving is one color. On color-coated YETI items, the logo engraving would be removing the outer coating, and the logo would be stainless steel in color. On Stainless Steel YETI items, the engraving would be a one color black logo.
Shipping is free on all orders with every piece shipping to 1 location in the United States.
We ship via ground service.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
We are able to ship orders internationally, however Tax/Duties/Freight is applicable as shipping is not free. Please reach out to health@parsonskellogg.com for an estimate.
Once your order ships complete you are provided a tracking number.
We do not accept returns on items, except in cases of incorrect or damaged product.
Once you’ve received your order, please review it as soon as possible for accuracy and quality. If there are any issues on your order, please contact ParsonsKellogg within 10 days of receipt.
Patagonia: You may place add-on orders within 30 days of the ship date on the original order. Add-on orders will receive the same discount amount as the original order, but must meet order minimums of 10 total pieces, and 4 pieces per style/color. To qualify as an add-on order, the order must be for the same customer, with the same styles and colors. Add-on orders placed through this website may not automatically receive the correct discount amount during checkout - simply contact us with your order number, and a pricing adjustment will be made on qualifying orders.
Yeti: Add-on orders are not available.

Please upload your logo during the ordering process, or email it to health@parsonskellogg.com if it is not able to be uploaded. Once your order is placed, we will provide a photo of your logo embroidered on a swatch of fabric for you to approve before the order moves to production.
Note: Logos must be in one of the following formats in order to be uploaded to our site: JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP, GIF. If your logo preview shows a white box around your logo, this will not actually appear on your embroidered garment.
