Send your brand’s PMS Colors to patagonia@parsonskellogg.com or to your sales rep.
ParsonsKellogg will review the checklist to make sure we have the information we need, reach out with any questions. We find that customers are not typically prepared with the PMS Color, and understand this might take time for you to collect. Your sales rep will work with you to streamline this process as much as possible.
If you are unable to find your organization’s PMS color guidelines,
Once We Have It All…ParsonsKellogg will first match your brand’s PMS color to thread color to ensure we’re as close as we can get to your brand’s colors. Then, we will digitize the art files you send us, transforming the artwork into a DST (Data Stitch Tajima) file that is compatible with embroidery machines.
At this point, we create a “sew out” of your logo, and send to you for review. Sew outs look like this, and will typically be placed on the location of the item you have purchased so that you can visualize where the logo will be.
A standard chest or back yoke logo is about 2-3 inches, and will take less than 10,000 stitches to embroider. These numbers hold true for typical logos, and may vary based on the artwork. Your sew out will include the exact dimensions of your artwork.
Typically, customers receive a sew out of the embroidery files within 3-4 business days after receipt of artwork and PMS Colors.
Once You Receive the Sew Out…Contact ParsonsKellogg to make any changes to the logo or personalizations. Otherwise, send an email approving the artwork to our team.
Now That You’ve Approved…We can get started! Your sales rep can provide you with an exact in-hand date at this time. Typically, once a sew out is approved, items take to arrive.
Simple, right? Don’t forget to refer to these guidelines when planning and sending artwork for your items, and contact patagonia@parsonskellogg.com for any further questions.
